Surah Yunus (10:62–63)
أَلَاإِنَّأَوْلِيَاءَاللَّـهِلَاخَوْفٌعَلَيْهِمْوَلَاهُمْيَحْزَنُونَ ﴿٦٢﴾ الَّذِينَآمَنُواوَكَانُوايَتَّقُونَ ﴿٦٣﴾
English Transliteration
- Alaa inna awliyaal-laahi laa khawfun ‘alayhim wa laa hum yahzanoon
- Allazeena aamanoo wa kaanoo yattaqoon
English Translation (Saheeh International)
- “Unquestionably, [for] the allies of Allah there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve,”
- “Those who believed and were conscious of Allah.”

(৬২) «জেনে রেখো, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহর অলিদের (বন্ধুদের) কোনো ভয় নেই এবং তারা চিন্তিতও হবে না।»
(৬৩) «যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং তাকওয়া (আল্লাহভীতি) অবলম্বন করত।»

3. Creating a Spiritual Shield Against Dark Forces
- Spiritual Principle: True spiritual authority (Wilayah) and immunity against negative energies come from aligning one’s heart with faith and God-consciousness.
- Ruqyah Application: Recited during protective Ruqyah sessions to fortify the aura and physical body, signaling that malicious spiritual intruders have no dominion over a heart guarded by Taqwa.

1. The True Definition of Allah's Friends
Narrator: Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) explained who Allah's beloved servants are, emphasizing their connection through sincere worship and mutual love for His sake:
«إِنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللَّهِ عِبَادًا مَا هُمْ بِأَنْبِيَاءَ وَلاَ شُهَدَاءَ، يَغْبِطُهُمُ الأَنْبِيَاءُ وَالشُّهَدَاءُ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ بِمَكَانِهِمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ... هُمْ قَوْمٌ تَحَابُّوا بِرُوحِ اللَّهِ عَلَى غَيْرِ أَمْحَابٍ وَلاَ أَمْوَالٍ... لاَ يَخَافُونَ إِذَا خَافَ النَّاسُ، وَلاَ يَحْزَنُونَ إِذَا حَزِنَ النَّاسُ»
"...They are a people who loved one another for the sake of Allah... they will have no fear when the people fear, and they will not grieve when the people grieve." He then recited: {Alaa inna awliyaal-laahi laa khawfun 'alayhim wa laa hum yahzanoon}.

1. Freedom from Fear of the Future and Grief Over the Past
Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Imam Ibn Kathir explains that Allah’s close allies (Awliya') are defined simply by their faith (Iman) and God-consciousness (Taqwa). Because of this profound bond with their Creator, Allah grants them absolute security: "La khawfun 'alayhim" (no fear concerning them regarding the terrors of the future and the Hereafter) and "Wa laa hum yahzanoon" (nor will they grieve over what they have left behind in the world).
Tafsir Al-Qurtubi: Imam Al-Qurtubi notes that fear (Khawf) always relates to anticipated future harms, anxieties, or dangers, while grief (Huzn) relates to painful past events, losses, or traumas. By lifting both fear and grief from the Awliya, Allah guarantees complete inner peace and emotional stabilization for those who uphold Taqwa.
